CHARMS malaysia is organising the ICU (SEA) coach conference and certification NCSSE. It is supported by International Cheer Union (ICU) and the National Council of Spirit Safety and Education (NCSSE).

Once again, is hosted by Cheerleading Association and Register of Malaysia (CHARM), the ICU will work
together with CHARM for a cheerleader conference (11-12 December 2008) and coaches conference (13-14 December 2008)
to be held in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.

Also, once again, registration and further details are always listed on the ICU website under "Education".
More conferences to follow, as well as the ICU Judges Course, which will all be listed in the same section
of the website.

CR's analysis:

Notice that the paradigm of cheerleading routines are changing. In the past, gymnastics and dance displays teams will move nicely in position before they execute. Nowadays ( USA included ) teams are starting to execute dance and cheer moves while moving. This keeps the routine dymanic constantly and you actually can save up to 4 counts of 8 in timing by adapting this new style.

Come competitions, 4 counts of 8 can be very crucial. This is especially true when you need to adhere to a 2min 30 second timeframe.

**On a seperate note, do take note that the stunt @ 1.03min ( single base extension on thigh stand) is illegal under IFC because it is considered a 3-man height pyramid.
