28 dec 2009 - Denvers Cheerleading workshop feat. Taiwan Monster team
*meet 9 a.m. at Potong Pasir MRT station (north-east line)
*we have to reach potong pasir CC by 9.45 a.m for registration
*pls come in Spectrum t-shirt, appropriate shorts (no berms & surf shorts), proper shoes and socks
*bring a water bottle & towel(optional)
*for more detailed info on programme and what to expect, read the letter from denvers

29 & 30 dec 2009 - Spectrum training
*meet 7 p.m. at function hall 12

Please try your very very best to attend every training from now onwards, because we'll be training specific stunts and pyramids for HO. Each and every one of your presence is extremely important.

Spectrum Cheer Camp 2009!

Date: 14-12-09 (Mon) to 18-12-09 (Fri)

Time: 9 a.m to 10 p.m daily

(with adequate break-time in between)

Please meet outside hall 12 function hall by 9.00 a.m. sharp daily. Don't be late ya!
And do stay around in hall during the break-time so as to get enough rest for the next training session later in the day.

What to expect?

Intensive training on basics, exposure to a variety of different group stunts and partner stunts, pyramids pyramids pyramids!
Also, we'll be having a steamboat session on friday night to end off the camp. Everyone is expected to be present :)

What to bring?

- $15 (inclusive of cheer camp t-shirt and steamboat), please pass to huiyang

- Training shoes, pls wear shoes for all training

- Water bottle

- for those who're going for Monster workshop, pls pass huiyang $45

- for those who haven pay for justshutupandlock t-shirt, pls pass jeanette $12 (t-shirt) or $10 (singlet)

Lastly, ALL THE BEST for those who're playing for IHG, be it for sports or rec. May you trash all your opponents and do Hall 13 proud!
