We just had our Spectrum, Syphors and Spires Cheerleading Workshop on saturday and here are the pictures....
Just like every training, we started with our warm up, but this time we had alot more ppl around...
Veron was running the show today and here's the chairwoman with captain wenfeng...also, can see her stressed out looking face...haha..veron, don't stress!!!
We then split up into 4 groups with really exciting names such as "Group 1", "Group 2" , "Group 3" and "Group 4"! exciting right???? i know...damn exciting wor...

We then spent the next few hours learning stunts, crossing training with different bases and flyers from all the teams....here are some photos of the mass extensions done by the juniors....erm, extension while lying down...
of coz, we did some real extensions...
We also found out why guys cannot be flyers....at least not the next 2 guys...haha...
All in all, i think everyone had a tiring, but fun and enriching day! here are some of the random shots...

joining this group of very very strong and handsome young men is this guy called gerard...you might remember him as flintstone from HO 2008....if not, check this out!

oh, has anyone realised gerard kinda looks eerie, abit ghostly...here are some more pictures taken by wenfeng of the "ghostly" experience felt by kah xian...spot the "ghost"!
as i said, it was a tiring day...here's kat's before and after picture...
so with the day coming to an end, we had a debrief and last of all, a group photo...or rather two group photos =)
